Hopefully with a bit of common sense the @nationalassemblyforwales will put certain stipulations into the franchise (delays, age of trains, more services, etc) and if not complied with they lose the contract. I hope Virgin Trains makes a bid as they're pretty good and that Arriva Trains Wales or any of their subsidiaries DONT win the franchise.
