Aberdare Girls Grammar School 1965-1970

This is a black and white photo of the form I was in,in the Girls Grammar School, Aberdare, between the years of 1965 and 1970. I'm not sure what year this was, but I know I'm in there! I'm not telling which one tho...it was a long time ago!

Amazing I was researching Aberdare in the 1960's , this photo which I had never seen before shows my late wife Valerie Luke - 5th from left at back. Val passed away November 2006 @ 54 yeras of age. Anyone remember her ?

Hi. This is my class form 1A school yr 1965/66. I don't remember anyone of that name. The person you mention is I think Karen Morgan.

I was in Valerie's class through the grammar school and this isn't one of our class photos. I've posted two pictures with Valerie in. One of the Lower Sixth - Valerie is 4th from the left in the back but one row. The other is in the Upper Sixth and Valerie is 3rd from the right in the front.

I am amazed , I have an old school photo of Val and it looks very much like her. A few months ago I was at Patrick's in the Mumbles and I bumped into Cheryl Prince who used to be Val's friend.
