A 19 year-old male was arrested minutes after the report of an unprovoked assault on two 15 year-old boys in ASDA car park, Aberdare, last night. After an emergency call, a police officer managed to find the suspect, drunk, in a nearby street. He was taken into custody. Enquiries are ongoing.
A man in his 50s from Gilfach Goch was cautioned last night for possessing cannabis. He was forced to show officers upstairs where two cannabis plants were growing in a bedroom after they quizzed him about the overwhelming smell in his house.
The beginnings of a design for a wall hanging to represent young people with mental health issues at Cynon New Horizons. The wallhanging aims to raise awareness and challenge stigma as well as offering a sense of identity to the young people taking part.
