Will Rhondda Cynon Taf be a soft touch for London Developer in Mountain Ash?

Well another developer has found a green area to develop on, so what’s new in Rhondda Cynon Taf; it’s this councils way of staying green. Gorsedd Street, Darran Las where it is planed to build 21 flats and two houses on a former allotment site, no doubt it is customary for local councilors to oppose the development leaving the rest to approve or allow the developer to go to appeal as outline permission has been approved already by RCT.

Who are Greengate Homes are they local developers? I think not just in it for the profit  and to hell with local residents.
