We assume your referred the question to your Streetcare teem and its director Nigel Wheeler or Steven Gammon Streetcare Cleansing & Enforcement Manager is the Streetcare department gaining a reputation of evading answers to simple questions?

When can we expect an answer to the question? It’s been 50 working days without an answer why?

Is it that Mr. Wheeler or Steven Gammon thinks the question not worthy to warrant a response?

Is Mr. Wheeler to busy touring the country giving lectures to be bothered with the running of his own department?

Is there any point in Rhondda Cynon Taf Council advising on its website a response within 15/20 working days?

Rhondda Cynon Taf Council I thank you for your response but I have not formally made a complaint, as complaint is not referenced in the e-mail.
The residents of Cobden Street Aberaman would like an answer to the simple question’

REF: Why has rear lane collection service has been stopped for recycling?
It would seem RCT council would prefer add extra expense plus staff time rather than the department concerned answer the simple question.

You have to ask the question WHY?

The Leader of the council Andrew Morgan is preaching he has no money clearly this is not the situation if simple questions need the attention of Council's Corporate Services Department for attention.
Councillor Morgan needs to look at the heads of departments if they cannot respond to simple questions, unless they have something to hide?
