unjustified delay, and officers not following Rhondda Cynon Taf Council’s own rules or procedures

Customer services no response is there any point to your department just to give out numbers with other departments taking no notice of your e-mails? Are you passing on the information in the first place?

Your Twitter account just pass the buck back to you It would seem the new leader of the council Andrew Morgan has put a block on his council providing basic information what has the new leader got to hide?

Can you provide a reason for the unjustified delay, and officers not following Rhondda Cynon Taf Council’s own rules or procedures?

All reference numbers provided relate to each individual issue being logged to their relevant departments.

Each case will then be designated to an officer in the department who will respond to the query accordingly.

Please note that this process is used to log all customer queries within RCT council.

We do not disclose the email addresses of individuals within RCT and all issues must be reported via the general customer services email address customerservices@rctcbc.co.uk.

We hope that this brings some clarity to our procedures.
