I have not received a response from David Afia Regarding the Aberaman Flood Alleviation Scheme e-mail 22 July 2014 and copy to you August 12. Looking at the project it would seem behind program.

Below is a copy of my e-mail 22 July 2014 a reply to David Alfia Project Manager for Nant Gwawr Flood Alleviation Scheme.
“Hi Dave,
Having spoken to two local residents today who thought that Gwawr Street was restricted for pedestrian access, when I looked there was a machine parked at the junction to Cardiff Road and it appeared that there was no access for pedestrians to Cardiff Road.
I know the work area is tight and I know the contract has just started but I think you need a safe and clear access through the work area for the public.
Heras fencing needs to be in position with clear signage for pedestrians at Cardiff Road and Brook Street Junction also other areas of the contract.
You would be aware there is an election on Thursday 7 AM until 10 PM and Blaengwawr primary school is a poling station, therefore good access is important.
If you can supply e-mail address for Georgie Dixon
Regards”

Response 28th July 2014 I received e-mail from David Brain Senior Engineer
“Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. Unfortunately, David does not have access to this email account but the email has been forwarded on for his comment.”
Please can you explain why when replying to "Afia, David" David.Afia@rhondda-cynon-taff.gov.uk e-mail address as I have in the past I was informed that David Afia has no access to his account.
I have not received a response to my e-mail.
As you can see from the photograph after the election it was difficult for pedestrians to pass, if an e-mail address for Public Liaison Officer for the works Georgie Dixon, was forthcoming as requested there would be no need to contact you or David Alfia Project Manager for Nant Gwawr Flood Alleviation Scheme.

E-mail to Dave Alfia 22nd July 2014 David.Afia@rhondda-cynon-taff.gov.uk

When will I get a reply from Community Liaison Officer Georgie Dixon the dedicated community worker for the scheme?
