Please explain as 26 working days have past and no response to the question raised your response number 102351729, is your department familiar with the guidelines set out for response times at RCTC?

AberdareOnline has contacted Steve Merritt Chief Executive Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council on a number of occasions because department heads or senior managers cannot be bothered to answer simple questions local residents have asked AberdareOnline to ask.

Below a letter from the Ombudsman “The response times for your Authority indicate there is a need for improvement in this area.”

It would seem there is need for improvement, as lesions have not been learned
