Rhondda Cynon Taf Council the grass needs cutting in Pleasant View Street Godreaman.

Walking around Aberaman North you start to see things you would not typically see like this pavement in the photograph showing Pleasant View Street Godreaman.

I think the grass needs cutting or is it a new trend with Rhondda Cynon Taf Council? I understand there is a long-standing problem with water running on to this section of pavement that’s why the grass grows so well.

It looks like another problem that has been reported to RCTC but no action taken WHY.
