Glynneath Employment Project

The Community Impact Initiative is about a new construction project we’re running in Glynneath in April. A quick overview of our project:
  • Two days a week on a six-month home renovation project
  • One on one learning with our skilled construction tutors
  • Free PPE (boots, gloves, etc)
  • The chance to gain the First aid qualification, H&S and the CSCS card (free)
  • Progression sessions to gain employment
