FOOTPATH 18 CWMBACH TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER
RHONDDA CYNON TAFF COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL (FOOTPATH 18 CWMBACH) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2019 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which will have a maximum duration of six months The effect of the Order will be to temporarily close the following section of footpaths:- Footpath 18 Cwmbach That part of the footpath that commences opposite No. 13 Blaennant Y Groes Road (Grid Reference SO02640249) and proceeds generally in a general north westerly direction for 350 metres to terminate on the dismantled railway known as the Abernant-Llwydcoed Trail (Grid reference SO02390270) The restriction is necessary in the interests of public safety During the closure the alternative route is via the existing highway network The Order will be in operation from 16th September 2019 to 21st October 2019 or until such time as the works have been completed Dated 2 September 2019 Andrew Wilkins Director of Legal Services The Pavilions, Cambrian Park, Clydach Vale, CF40 2XX TM REF: 225826186-01
