Planning field at Cefnpennr road

Any of you got any information on the proposed new 50 houses for the field off cefnpennar road near Bro Deg junction. Site is currently a field used for grazing animals and has a spring/stream coming out at bottom. Traffic a major issue and buses ar struggling now.

Where did you get this information from there is nothing shown on Rhondda Cynon Taf Council weekly planning record but that don’t mean the planes have already been drawn up and planning by the back door is already going on
