Fraudulent Summons Letter

Dear Rhondda Cynon Taff Council,

You are sending out fraudulent summons letters to residents in the borough for council tax 'arrears.' They are fraudulent because you are using a facsimile of the Justice Of The Peace to attempt to get them vailidated. I have spoken to his department and he has no idea that his signature is on these letters.

I would now like full disclosure of your corrupt and totally unlawful process.
