The purpose of the Abercwmboi Photo Archive Project is to tell the story of Cap Coch and Abercwmboi through photographs of the people and places that have made this village.
A local history group has been formed and through them a collection of images and photographs are being built. Abercwmboi has a strong industrial history but it also has a rich cultural, commercial and rural heritage.
