Candidate to cut sport in RCT and send cash to England.

Page 44 of the LibDem Westminster manifesto says "We are proud that Britain is hosting the Olympic and Paralympic Games in 2012, and we support bids for other high-profile events such as the England bid for the 2018 Football World Cup."
Just remember, a vote for Lee Thacker (or any other London based party) in the Cynon Valley will be a vote to take more public and lottery cash away from Wales, away from the Cynon Valley and away from all sports initiatives in RCT.
We have seen the cuts in sport in Wales as a result of the London Olympics and now we have the LibDems committed to do this again, and supporting the England Football Association. A vote for the LibDems is a vote to take cash away from sport in Wales.
The Tories have also joined the LibDems......
Plaid Cymru is the only party standing in this election which will respect the right of the England FA to bid, but this does not mean that cash should be taken away from sport in Wales to fund it.
