(VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN THE RHONDDA CYNON TAFF)
(REVOCATION) (VARIATION) AND (INDIVIDUAL (PERMIT) PARKING PLACES) ORDERS 2018
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council (“the Council”) in exercise of its powers under Sections 1, 45 and 53 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”) and of all other enabling powers, have made various orders the general effect of which will be: –
1. To Revoke the Traffic Regulation Orders specified in Part 1 of the Schedule to this Notice.
2. To Vary the Traffic Regulation Order as specified in Part 2 of the Schedule to this Notice
3. Designate the lengths of roads specified in Part 3 of the Schedule to this Notice, as Individual Permit Parking Places
The Order will come into operation on 2nd February 2018
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it had not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from 2nd February 2018 apply to the High Court for this purpose

(Consolidation) Order 2012”shall be varied by the deletion from the Schedule of Orders, Individual Permit Parking Places, to any reference of the following: –
