Is it time Rhondda Cynon Taf Council erected steel bollards around Aberdare Cenotaph.
Many members of the public have informed the council of the disrespect some people have parking on the Aberdare Cenotaph and posted numerous photographs on Twitter.
Rhondda Cynon Taf Council has erected steel bollards in several areas around the town but not around the Cenotaph where there is an ongoing problem.
