At Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust, we are working to develop our Strategic Equality Plan ( SEP) 2016-2020. To help get this right, we need to know what you think about the objectives we have drafted.
The Strategic Equality Plan is really important for us, as we are working towards eliminating discrimination, advancing equality of opportunity and promoting good relations between people.
This plan is required under the Equality Act 2010 which gives specific protection to people on the basis of their age, disability, gender reassignment, partnership status, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion and belief, sex and sexual orientation.
