(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2018
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council have made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, which will have a maximum duration of eighteen months.
The effect of the Order will be to temporarily close Tram Road Side, Abercynon from a point 105 metres north east of its junction with Route B4275, north eastwards for a distance of 1.15 kilometres
The restriction is necessary to enable works to be executed on or near the road. The Order would come into force from 3rd July 2018 to 20th July 2018 or until such time as the works have been completed
Access will NOT be maintained for emergency service vehicles or pedestrians The alternative route for vehicles is as follows:
From the southern side of the closure, proceed via B4275, A4054, Fiddlers Elbow Roundabout, A4054 and Tram Road Side to the northern side of the closure. From the northern side of the closure, reverse the directions given above
