(FOOTPATHS 43 AND 50 LLANTRISANT)
(TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE) ORDER 2017
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which will have a maximum duration of six months
The effect of the Order will be to temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding along the following lengths of footpaths:
1. That part of Footpath 43 Llantrisant that commences east of No. 20 Heol Glannant, Grid reference ST00589015 and proceeds for 67 metres in a general westerly direction to terminate at its junction with Footpath 50 Llantrisant to the rear of No. 16 Heol Glannant Grid Reference ST00809014
2. That part of Footpath 50 Llantrisant that commences at its junction with Footpath 43 and continues north-west for 65 metres to terminate in Dinas Isaf Industrial Estate 140 metres from Ty Elai Council Offices Grid Reference ST00749016
The restriction is necessary for the interests of public safety.
The Order will be in operation from 20th November 2017 to 20th December 2017 or until such time as the works have been completed
For the duration of the closure, the public is advised to use the existing highway network.
