Royal British Legion Aberdare – Poppy Appeal
As this years remembrance period has come to and end, we would like to thank all the volunteers and business and organisations throughout Aberdare that have been collecting on behalf of the Poppy Appeal.
Our Poppy Appeal Shop located at Aberdare Embroidery is now closed and we again thank Graham Marsh for allowing us to use the front of his shop during remembrancetide.
Collection tins around the area are slowly being collected in ready for counting, as soon as we have a total available we will advise through this page.
A big thank you to everyone that has purchased a poppy or just placed money in one of the collection tins.
Another fantastic parade at the Cenotaph turn out was beyond expectations. A big thank you to everyone who attended.
