PUBLIC SERVICES OMBUDSMAN (WALES) ACT 2005
Notice pursuant to Section 17(3) of the above Act. The Public Services Ombudsman for Wales has investigated a complaint and found maladministration/ service failure by Cwm Taf University Health Board and has sent a report on the results of his investigation to the Health Board. The complaint related to a delay in providing an appropriate and timely mental health and autism spectrum disorder assessment and a failure in providing a robust response to the complaint.
A copy of the report will be available on the website of Cwm Taf University Health Board (http://cwmtaf.wales/) and for inspection by the public without charge during normal office hours at the Health Board’s Headquarters, Ynysmeurig House, Navigation Park, Abercynon, CF45 4SN, for a period of 3 weeks from 5th October 2018 and anyone who wishes may take a copy of this report or make extracts therefrom. Photocopies of the report or parts thereof will be provided on payment often pence per sheet.
