Prohibit any person from proceeding along the following lengths of footpaths and bridleway llanwonno Ynysybwl
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which will have a maximum duration of six months.
The effect of the Order will be to temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding along the following lengths of footpaths and bridleway:
Footpath 3 Ynysybwl
That part of the footpath that commences at its junction with Bridleway 2 Ynysybwl (Grid Reference ST0172497435) 1290 metres north-west of Daerwynno Outdoor Centre. The path proceeds south-east for 220 metres terminate at its junction with Bridleway 4 Ynysybwl.
Bridleway 4 Ynysybwl
That part of the Bridleway that commences at its junction with Bridleways 2 and 5 Ynysybwl (Grid reference ST0201996976) 1290 metres north-west of Daerwynno Outdoor Centre. The path proceeds in a generally south-east direction for 2000 metres to terminate on the metalled road (Grid Reference ST0268295725), 400 metres east of The Brynffynon Hotel.
Footpath 7 Ynysybwl
That part of the footpath that commences 313 metres south-west of Gelli-Wrgan Farm, Ynysybwl, CF37 3PG (Grid Reference ST0395296703) at its junction with Footpath 9 Ynysybwl. The path proceeds south-east for 299 metres to terminate on the metal road (Grid Reference ST0419796555) 350 metres south Gelli-Wrgan Farm.
Footpath 8 Ynysybwl
That part of the footpath that commences 307 metres south of Tiry-Gelli Farm, Ynysybwl, CF37 3PG (Grid Reference ST0467196681). The path west for 202 metres to terminate 180 metres west of Tir-y-Gelli Farm (Grid Reference ST0438696772).
Footpath 10 Ynysybwl
That part of the footpath that commences on the metalled 379 metres south of Tir-y-Gelli Farm (Grid Reference ST0470696509).
The path proceeds north-west for 410 metres to terminate at its junction with Footpath 8 Ynysybwl (Grid Reference ST0438696772).
Footpath 11 Ynysybwl
That part of the footpath that commences 300 metres south of Tiry-Gelli Farm (Grid Reference ST0451696599) and proceeds east for 140 metres to terminate at Grid Reference ST0485796632.
Footpath 12 Ynysybwl
That part of the footpath that commences 64 metres west of the
property known as Woodlands, Heol-y-Mynach, Ynysybwl, CF37 3PC (Grid Reference ST 0488095065). The path proceeds north for 1687 metres to terminate 500 metres north of the property known as Foel Duallt (Grid Reference ST0421696551).
Footpath 13 Ynysybwl
That part of the footpath that commences 114 metres north-east of the Brynffynon Hotel, Ynysybwl, CF37 3PH (Grid Reference ST 0309395682 ). The path proceeds north for 107 metres to terminate 190 metres north of the Brynffynon Hotel (Grid Reference ST0311095787).
Footpath 15 Ynysybwl
That part of the footpath that commences 120 metres east of the Brynffynon Hotel Ynysybwl CF37 3PH (Grid Reference ST 0309695663 ). The path proceeds in a south easterly direction for 1670 metres to terminate 550 metres west of Mynachdy Farm,Ynysybwl (Grid Reference ST0435594829).
Footpath 19 Ynysybwl
That part of the footpath that commences 90 metres south of the Brynffynon Hotel, Ynysybwl, CF37 3PH (Grid Reference ST030945418 ). The path proceeds west for 283 metres to terminate at its junction with Footpath 18 Ynysybwl (Grid Reference ST0252695135).
Footpath 37 Ynysybwl
That part of the footpath that commences on the metalled road 640 metres south of the Brynffynon Hotel (Grid Reference ST0324494939). The path proceeds east for 220 metres to terminate at its junction with Footpath 43 Ynysybwl (Grid Reference ST0342995030).
Footpath 43 Ynysybwl
That part of the footpath that commences at its junction with Footpath 37 Ynysybwl (Grid Reference ST0342995030). The path proceeds south east for 1450 metres to terminate at its junction with Bridleway 14 Ynysybwl 190 metres from Fanhalog, Ynysybwl, CF37 3NS (Grid reference ST0464094324).
The closure is necessary because works are proposed to be carried out on or near the footpaths and bridleway.
The closure will be effective from 29 January 2018 until 28 July 2018.
