Outline Planning Application for Velindre Cancer Center approved by new Cardiff Council
Cardiff County Council's Planning Committee has approved Velindre NHS Trust's outline planning application for Velindre Cancer Center and new.
Earlier this afternoon (Wednesday, January 13th) Cardiff County Council's Planning Committee met two Velindre NHS Trust's roof ystyried outline planning application to build a new Cancer Center in Whitchurch, Cardiff.
Steve Ham, Chief Executive of Velindre NHS Trust Said: "The cymeradwyaeth o'n outline planning application for the lower and Significant milestone Population web Serve Across South East Wales.

Cardiff council approves outline planning application to build a new VCC
A Planning Committee Cardiff City and County Council has approved an outline planning application to build Velindre NHS Trust VCC new.
Earlier this afternoon (Wednesday, December 13), Planning Committee came Cardiff City and County Council together to consider our outline planning application to build a new Cancer Center in Whitchurch, Cardiff.
Steve Ham, Chief Executive Velindre NHS Trust said: "The fact that they approved our application is a significant milestone for the population we serve across South East Wales.
"Although the existing Cancer Center has served us well for us and our patients more than 60 years, it is not fit for purpose anymore. More and more people across the South East Wales Cancer treatment and care we need, and that because of the continuing increase in demand for our services, we must do things differently.
"As we move forward into this next phase, we look forward to continuing to work with our patients and our local community to try to ensure that the new Cancer Center and its location in everyone's interests."
