Newbridge Cup
St John Year 8 girls and the Year 9&10 girls contact rugby team took part in the Newbridge Cup. Both teams played 4 matches each and won all of their games to become the Year 8 and Year 9/10 champions!
An amazing day filled with skill and teamwork with particular mention to Niamh Kathrens and Halle Scorey from Year 8 and Anais Trinci and Amie Turner from Year 9 & 10 for their power and determination throughout the day.
Well done to all the girls, we are very proud of you all…an awesome team effort!
Next tournaments are on July 5th (year 8 and July 7th (year 9/10).
