A once quiet peaceful Cwmbach haven has become a living hell.

Since the field adjacent to Llys Y Coed, Cwmbach was purchased in June 2015, there has been a significant amount of Police presence called upon to stem the disruption and unacceptable conduct of the new owners.

Residents have experienced damage to their property, loss of privacy, noise disruption and repeated personal insult.

The extent to which has resulted in one of the new land owners being charged and found guilty of a public order offence in January of this year with another case pending.

A retrospective planning application has been submitted concerning the field which the owners claim to be environmentally and community friendly?

AberdareOnline would add that we have been informed that this development has taken place without consent from Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council (RCTCBC) Development Control Committee and we understand RCTCBC has requested the new owners to remove items off site.

It seems potential developers throughout Rhondda Cynon Taff take little notice of planning officers from RCTCBC. You have to ask the question where are the Planning and Environment control Enforcement Officers in RCTCBC?
