LANELAY ROAD, TALBOT GREEN TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
RHONDDA CYNON TAFF COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL (LANELAY ROAD, TALBOT GREEN) (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2017 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council intends, not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, which will have a maximum duration of eighteen months. The effect of the Order will be to temporarily prohibit any person from causing any person to proceed along Lanelay Road, from a point 1-5 metres north east of its junction with the Lanelay Roundabout, north eastwards for a distance of 120 metres It is expected to be operative from 5:00am to 12 midday on Sunday 23rd April 2017 or until such time as the works have been completed. The restriction is necessary to enable works to be executed on or near the road Access will be maintained for pedestrians and emergency service vehicles During the period of the closure, the alternative route is as follows: From the eastern side of the closure, proceed via Lanelay Road, A473, the A4119/A473 Roundabout, A4119, Talbot Road and Lanelay Road to the western side of the closure.
