The popular tourist attraction will be transformed into a haven for Halloween antics for all the family on October 30-31. Activities will include a Pumpkin Hunt, Pumpkin Carving Workshops, Gory Face Painting and Creepy Crafts, with fancy dress optional at all events.
Other themed activities will include children’s funfair rides, a craft fair and demonstrations and the Energy Zone play area.
The award-winning Rhondda Heritage Park will be buzzing with excitement during Halloween. But it is also the place to visit, and take the children and grandchildren, all year round.
It offers a fascinating insight into the rich culture and character of the South Wales Valleys in a unique entertaining and educational environment.
Rhondda Heritage Park is recognised throughout the UK as a place that provides a fun and interesting day out for individuals, families, groups, school children and students.
Cllr Paul Cannon QPM, Cabinet Member for Safer Communities, Tourism and Heritage, said: “Rhondda Heritage Park celebrates the rich heritage of this particular part of the South Wales Valleys. It is a popular family attraction and a great day out, a reputation we intend to build upon.
“We have a wealth of tourism venues here in Rhondda Cynon Taf and our Tourism team are working hard to promote the destination to visitors across the UK and beyond.
