Footpath closure 43 and 63 Aberdare on Moss Row, Abernant to old Aberdare General Hospital

(TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE) ORDER 2018
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which will have a maximum duration of six months
The effect of the Order will be to temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding along that part of the footpath that commences at the junction of Footpath 43 and 63 Aberdare on Moss Row, Abernant (Grid Reference SO00590360), and leads south-west along the boundary wall to old Aberdare General Hospital, to its termination at its junction with Footpath 37 and 45 Aberdare (Grid Reference SO00310340)
The restriction is necessary in the interests of public safety.
The Order will be in operation from 2nd March 2018 for six months
For the duration of the closure, the public are advised to use the existing highway network.
