Do you want to have fun, meet new people and gain health benefits in the new year?
Senior Fitness Wales offer older adults exercise classes to improve their general health and fitness levels by incorporating strength, balance, cardio, flexibility and coordination exercises into our sessions. Everyone is welcome, come along and try out one of our classes, your first session is absolutely free! We aim to create a fun environment where everyone can join in and participate at their own pace, meet new people and gain a lot of benefits that will help with completing daily tasks.
We will officially be starting our exercise classes from Monday 7th January 2019. Classes will be held at Hirwaun Village Hall (Monday 7th January 10.45 - 11.30am), Cynon Linc - formally known as St Mairs, Aberdare (Tuesday 8th January 10.00 - 10.45am), and Treforest Community Centre (Wednesday 9th January 12.00 - 12.45pm).
Senior Fitness Wales also offer personal training packages in the Rhondda Cynon Taff area. If you have a specific goal you would like to achieve and would like to exercise from the comfort of your home this is the perfect option for you. Try out a few sessions with our pay as you go option, or you can commit for a longer period of time with our pay monthly package.
Whether you’re a complete beginner who hasn’t exercised before or you’ve been exercising for a long time, we will design personalised sessions to suit your needs. One to one sessions, sessions with a partner or friend, and sessions as a group of 3 to 4 people are all available to book.
