Annual Improvement Report 2014-15 – Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council
This Annual Improvement Report (AIR) summarises the audit work undertaken at Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council (the Council) since the last such report was published in July 2014.
The report concludes that the Council has generally robust financial management arrangements and is strengthening its data quality arrangements but there is scope to further develop performance reporting and scrutiny arrangements, and strengthen links between service and financial planning.
