Police in Llanharan are appealing for information after three neighbours were targeted by burglars on the same day.

Burglars forced entry to each of the detached properties in Parc Bryn Derwyn, Llanharan some time between 1pm and 5pm on 9th March 2013.

A number of items were taken such as car keys, cash and jewellery.

Officers have released pictures of four distinctive pieces of jewellery stolen from one of the houses, anticipating that those responsible will attempt sell them on if they haven’t already.

Anyone who may have bought the distinctive items could face prosecution for handling stolen goods.

They, or anyone else who who may have seen the jewellery – perhaps they have been offered it – is urged to contact South Wales Police’s none emergency number 101, or they can contact Crimestoppers anomymously if they prefer on 0800 555 111.
