As our MP has now been appointed to investigate the NHS complaints procedure in Wales do you think that she will do a better job than she has done in the past for her own constituents (who she ignored)?

I trust I am wrong, but it appears to me that she is now making political capital out of her late husband's sad passing, whereby if she had acted years before when NHS negligent was brought to her, and all other MPs, attention, she could have been instrumental in saving so many lives.!
Like putting King Herod in charge of Mothercare. She had ample opportunity to act on this issue years ago, but she chose to ignore it because the events in Baghdad took priority. Now it has hit her personally and she decides it's time to do something. The woman is a hypocrite.
What have immigrants got to do with this discussion? Migrant workers have been the backbone of the NHS and many other public services for decades. Without them, such services probably wouldn't exist at all, which would no doubt bring great delight to Coco the clown and co.
Today Britain is so dumbed down most people don't even know what day it is, an amazing achievement when you think about it.
Subjection without the use of force - very good.
A copy of this link has been sent to South Wales Police Force as they appear to prefer protecting a negliegent NHS over the protection of the public that they have sworn to serve. There is no doubt in my mind that Britain has created a very much US and THEM society. Now a great, and possibly grave backlash is sturiing through the nation!
Under the old Soviet regime in Russia, figures were always being fiddled to make the regime look good in the eyes of a gullible, or blinded, population. We seem to have reached the same state by the look of it.
But then it's been that way in RCT for as long as I can remember with the sheep voting for the Labour Party, when that very same party has done its utmost to look after the interests of its councillors at the expense of the electorate.
They seem to have taken George Orwell's novel 1984 as a political instruction manual rather than a grim satire on where totalitarianism can lead us. But then as we found out some years ago on this site, the Labour gang on RCT council don't like criticism and exposure of their obvious skullduggeries, and will stop at nothing to prevent the truth coming out.
Yes, as long as Labour continues to rule the roost, both here and in Wales as a whole, we will continue to wallow in backwardness both socially and economically. That was how Soviet Russia remained in poverty for 70 years, all except for the few at the top of the tree of course. And we've got the same situation right here in RCT.
And the real joke about all this is that our MP is being appointed to investigate NHS complaints. Where was she when people were complaining to her years ago? In Baghdad?
You only have to look at the Railways of Britain to see that Privatization is the way forward. When the Health Service is private you stupid people will understand what I am saying. Do you remember the bad old days before Mrs Thatcher? British Rail, British Airways, British Steel, British Telecom, British Leyland, British Gas, National Bus, National Coal Board! The list is endless. People being overpaid to sleep on conveyer belts. All those Industries robbed you as tax payers.
It matters not, what the MP for Cynon Valley says or not, she don't matter. I have faith in David Cameron and this Government to put things in order. although I would like to see welfare being cut further.
Cocopops..I never slept on a conveyor. The lamp room productivity board was measured in output per man shift. At the time we were paid to surface as much coal as possible regardless of cost. I knew profits were not a priority when my little babies, 200m of hydraulic chocks, were abandoned in the eastern districts of the red vein at Cwm when a panel was exhausted. Although their retrieval would be cost effective, they would have kept a power station and a coking works waiting. We were instructed NOT to make a profit. That was left to the boys at Tower, much later, when they got a say in the matter. You are also wrong about the railways. Railtrack went bankrupt costing the taxpayer billions. Network Rail is now government owned by golden share and a number of rail operating franchises have had to be purchased back into government ownership due to failures. All of these debts have been written off by the taxpayer when re-privatised by successive Tory and Labour governments. This is on top of the ongoing subsidies. You will find that Ann Clwyd gets her arse dirty at pit bottom one day and then walks through a lobby in that oak panelled palace in London to vote for privatisation the next. That's when she's not writing letters about flood prevention from the deserts of Mesopotamia. Or ignoring letters from her constituents about hospitals one day and becomes concerned when her own husband dies on soiled sheets the next. It should be noted that the 'internal market' in the NHS in England was not invented by David Cameron. That was Tony Blair.
My mistake....appointed to
