Roads Closed Due To Burst Water Mains

Roads Closed Due To Burst Water Mains

An emergency road closure took place in Llwydcoed, Aberdare, this morning on the B4276 Llwydcoed Road (Pirelli) following a burst water main. The road is now open to two-way traffic, with temporary traffic lights in operation.

A road closure was also in place at Ffrwd Crescent, Mountain Ash, due to a burst water main, earlier today. Ffrwd Crescent is due to re-open to traffic at 6pm tonight (Tuesday, January 28).

A spokesperson for Dwr Cymru Welsh Water said, “We apologise for any inconvenience caused. If anyone has concerns about their water, we would ask that they call our helpline on 0800 052 0130. We will also provide further updates via @dwrcymru.”
