Llwydcoed Primary School is in the village of Llwydcoed near Aberdare in the
Rhondda Cynon Taf local authority. The school currently has 96 pupils from the
ages of three to 11. The number on roll has increased in the last year after a decline
in 2012. During the last five years, well over a half of pupils of statutory school age
