Ryan Morris of Aberedw YFC in Radnor bred the champion lambs in the Wales YFC Best Prime Lamb Producer sponsored by Dunbia. The reserve champion was bred by Hugh Prothero of Libanus YFC, Brecknock.

Ryan Morris also won the award for the best stockman with his display board showing costings, pictures and information relating to his stock. Pip Morris from Talgarth YFC, Brecknock was placed as the highest new competitor.

Judging this year was Mr Colin Price, Brecon and Wyn Williams, Dynbia.

Wales YFC Competitions Chairman, Gwennan Davies, said;
“This is a really good competition to generate interest in the sheep sector and for members to demonstrate their skills as stockmen and women. It is a thoroughly prepared for and fiercely contested competition and is an excellent opportunity for members to showcase their passion for livestock.”
