Mayor's Charity Quiz Night

Mayor's Charity Quiz Night

Sardis Road, Pontypridd, home of the Mayor's Charity Quiz on April 26

Now is the time to register your teams and get your thinking caps to take part in Rhondda Cynon Taf Council’s Charity Quiz Night.

The event takes place at Pontypridd Rugby Football Club on Friday, April 26 - so get your team signed up and help raise cash for a worthwhile cause.

Teams of up to six people are invited to join in the fun, with all monies raised going to the Rhondda Cynon Taf Mayor’s Charity Appeal. There will be prizes up for grabs to the top team.

Cllr Williams said: “As Mayor, one of the most pleasant roles during my year in office is being involved in raising money for good causes, and I have chosen three charities to support, which are very personal to me.”

The Mayor’s chosen charities during his term in office are CRY - Cardiac Risk in the Young; The Prostate Cancer Charity and the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.

• The Mayor’s annual Charity Quiz Night takes place at Pontypridd Rugby Football Club, Sardis Road, Pontypridd, on Friday, April 26, from 7pm onwards. To enter a team (£5 per person) or to reserve your place at the fundraising event, call the Mayor’s Office on 01443 494061.
