Handbag appeal for Age Cymru Pontypridd shop

Age Cymru Wales

Our newly opened Pontypridd charity shop is appealing to local ladies to give them any handbags that they’re not using.

Our new Pontypridd charity shop at 89B-90 Taff Street opened its doors on Tuesday 1 July.

Shop manager Rhodri Welsh says:

“We're very excited to have set up our new shop in the heart of Pontypridd.

“Lots of people visited us during our first month of opening, seeing most of our stock fly out the door – we’re now desperately short of handbags.

“If anyone in the Pontypridd area has any handbags that they’re not using any more, we would be tremendously grateful if they donated them to Age Cymru.

“The handbags don’t need to be Louis Vuitton or Burberry - but we will accept those as well!”

Age Cymru Pontypridd shop is located at 89B-90 Taff Street, Pontypridd, CF37 4SL (next door to Barclays Bank).

Age Cymru Pontypridd is currently looking for volunteers to help with stock control and customer service as well as donations for the shop.

If you can help, please visit the Age Cymru Pontypridd shop or call 01443 406179.
