Councillor Andrew Morgan, Cabinet Member for Frontline Services, said:
“These changes are a direct result of the Council listening to the needs of our residents and further demonstrates our commitment to working with local bus operators to provide the services that our residents want. The amended times will further improve the existing service
“The majority of bus services are run by commercial operators, with the Council taking action to subsidise those services it considers to be necessary within the constraints of its available funding
“We are committed to playing our full role to improve the provision of public transport and continue to work with the various bus operators to ensure that the services are meeting the needs of residents throughout the County Borough.”
