Half-term fun
Hundreds of children are enjoying FREE fun during February half-term, thanks to Rhondda Cynon Taf Council’s holiday play provision.
Young people aged from five to 14 are enjoying activities including outdoor play, clay modelling, water slides, crafts, football and hockey at holiday playschemes which run until Friday, February 15, 2013.

The free playschemes are held all across the county borough in schools and community centres and other community buildings.
Councillor Eudine Hanagan, Cabinet Member for Education, Skills and Lifelong Learning, said: “Play is an essential element of growing up and developing skills and confidence. I am pleased that many children are enjoying fun and games at our playschemes.”

Play provision has been arranged by the Council’s Early Years & Family Support Services, Fframwaith and partner agencies.Fframwaith and partner agencies. Fframwaith was established to improve the lives and well-being of children, young people and their families in Rhondda Cynon Taf.
