Cwm Taf University Health Board

ALL WALES DO NOT ATTEMPT CARDIOPULMONARY RESUSCITATION POLICY

Clinicians from across Wales, supported by various experts, stakeholder and led by Dr Paul Buss, Aneurin Bevan Health Board have worked over a period of time to develop a Do Not Attempt Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation policy. This will be a unified policy and will cover the whole of Wales.

This draft policy, summary version and patient information leaflet are now being published prior to roll-out and implementation.The main aim of this consultation is to ensure that those affected by this policy have opportunities to offer their views regarding its contents, and to suggest additions and amendments

We would be grateful to receive your comments and feedback on the policy and leaflet by the deadline below.
