Businesses Celebrated In Gala Awards

Rhondda Cynon Taf Business Club Business of the Year was presented to Concrete Canvas Ltd

Rhondda Cynon Taf businesses celebrated their achievements at the annual Business Club Gala Awards and Dinner evening.

Now in its eighth year, the annual awards had never received so many applications with a staggering 53 entering the prestigious event. Each of the individual award categories were sponsored by leading companies and further support was given by Genero Productions and Elevate Cymru.

This year’s host was BBC weather presenter Owain Wyn Evans with guest speaker Lowri Morgan, the sports journalist, adventurer, runner and motivational speaker.

They got the evening into full swing and helped celebrate the talent, innovation and success that led to this year’s winners securing their awards.

Held at Miskin Manor, the Gala Awards and Dinner has become a way to honour the achievement of businesses as well as being an inspiration for others.

Over 100 guests attended the evening and were welcomed by Rhondda Cynon Taf Council’s Cabinet Member for Social Justice Cllr Craig Middle.

The top award of Rhondda Cynon Taf Business Club Business of the Year was presented to Concrete Canvas Ltd, based in Treforest Industrial Estate.
